I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, mood, and obsessive-compulsive disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults. I also have specialized training and experience treating women struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and address emotional health and life stressors in parents with young children.
I have a deep commitment to working with young people and families, and provide thoughtful, compassionate care grounded in theories and evidence supported by research. Through my private practice, I provide outpatient psychological treatment for individuals struggling with anxiety and related disorders using evidence-based interventions.
In addition to my private practice, I am an Instructor of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and the Co-Program Director of the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program (MAMP), an intensive outpatient program for youth with anxiety disorders at McLean Hospital.
I have developed my skillset at leading clinical research centers, including the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) at Boston University, the Kennedy Krieger Institute, New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine, the Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CUCARD), and McLean Hospital.
